About The Position

At AvantPage, we are currently searching for professionals to support a text‑to-speech quality assurance project for a leading healthcare engagement platform, involving the review of automated voice outputs used in patient communication systems. Project Overview This project focuses on reviewing text-to-speech (TTS) rendered output to ensure it accurately reflects the approved source script and complies with all formatting and structural requirements. The role is strictly review and issue flagging, no content creation or editing involved.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States (remote role)
  • Native Speakers of Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Ilocano

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Linguistic QA / annotation / data labeling
  • Experience with IVR, voice prompts or conversational systems
  • Experience with Subtitlling / transcription / captioning
  • Experience with Audio quality review or media QA
  • Experience with Call centers or customer support (voice-based roles)
  • Experience with Interpreting/translation
