About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tester to evaluate products, systems, or software to ensure they meet quality standards, function as intended, and provide a positive user experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and enjoys identifying and resolving issues before they reach customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow procedures and document findings accurately.
Proficient with computers and common business software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Additional education or certifications.
Previous testing, quality assurance, inspection, or related experience.
Experience using testing tools, defect tracking systems, or quality management software.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Perform testing activities according to established procedures and requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and inconsistencies.
Execute test cases and validate product functionality, performance, and usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Verify fixes and perform regression testing as needed.
Maintain accurate testing documentation and reports.
Communicate findings clearly and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and testing processes.
