This role is onsite, in Jamestown, North Dakota.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) obtained prior to start.
• Technical writing skill, (engineering documents and lab reports).
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Nice To Haves

• Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics Major.
• Lab science training.
• Machining training.
• Business Minor.

Responsibilities

• Test and prepare equipment for testing to ensure that systems run according to necessary specifications on small platforms/systems.
• Document test results and maintain applicable records.
• Gain knowledge on measuring and analyzing equipment and processes to ensure production quality standards are met.
• Perform inspections for both in-process and finished systems.
• Identify if and where processes are not working and make applicable recommendations for change.
