About The Position

Kearney & Company is currently seeking a Test & UAT Lead - Federal Financial Systems to join their team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The ideal candidate will work within a cross-functional Kearney-led team implementing an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across multiple Navy Budget Submitting Offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience leading testing/UAT for federal financial systems requirements
• Traceability and defect-management experience
• Federal financial management knowledge
• Strong client communication skills
• Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)
• Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC

• OneStream/EPM testing experience
• Financial data reconciliation experience
• Agile/DevSecOps implementation experience

Responsibilities

• Develop the integrated functional/UAT strategy and test plan
• Establish requirements-to-test traceability
• Lead end-to-end business-process testing
• Coordinate Government UAT planning and execution
• Validate financial data, workflows, exhibits, reports, and interfaces
• Manage defect prioritization and disposition
• Establish deployment-readiness test criteria
• Coordinate with system integrator technical testing resources while maintaining independent functional validation
• Develop test evidence supporting Government acceptance
