About The Position

As part of the Discipline Engineering team, the Discipline Engineer Intern applies their developing technical skills to support the execution of engineering projects. You will work under the guidance of more senior engineers, focusing on applying established design processes and contributing to the efficient delivery of high-quality solutions that align with the Group's Discipline practices and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Currently a student pursuing your Bachelor's Degree in graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate awareness of project budgets and strive to optimize resource utilization within their scope of work.
  • Assist senior engineers in the execution of engineering projects.
  • Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and other relevant documents.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on technical data, contributing to informed decision-making within the team.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in applying the established Discipline design processes and methodologies.
  • Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop technical skills within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Adhere to the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap, utilizing designated tools and processes to ensure efficiency in their work.
  • Contribute to the identification of potential improvements to existing processes and methodologies based on their experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
