Requirements
- High School Diploma (Associate Degree in Engineering or related field preferred).
- Candidates must be able to work independently and interface with individuals at multiple levels in the organization and with customers.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving, and communication skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to interpret and execute test requirements provided in written specifications.
- Knowledge of explosive materials and/or ordnance devices is needed.
- Experience working in a defense or aerospace industry is also preferred.
- Microsoft Word and Excel Proficiency
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and laboratory equipment.
- Troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities
- Test evaluation, set-up, and performance.
- Assist in test development.
- Maintaining test equipment.
- Test data reporting
- Maintaining accurate accountability and inventories of materials
- Evaluation, set-up and performance of destructive and non-destructive testing.
- Testing will be performed in accordance with written procedures, MIL-STD’s and industry specifications.
- Test data will be generated to support customer requirements.
- Perform No Fire testing on energetic devices to verify conformance to specified requirements
- Perform All Fire testing on energetic devices to verify conformance to specified requirements.
- Perform Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) testing on energetic devices.
- Support and perform various testing operations as needed
- Analyze data and documents results in laboratory systems and test reports
