About The Position
Curtiss-Wright is seeking a Test Technician to join its Tempe, Arizona facility. Under general supervision, the technician performs relatively routine testing of raw materials, manufactured products, or manufacturing processes. The position uses established test procedures, investigates and analyzes test failures, and documents the review and evaluation of in-process rejections and trends, recommending corrective actions as appropriate. The technician also assists with predictability, manufacturing processing, equipment, and process improvement.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Problem-solving skills and decisive knowledge of appropriate testing methods.
- Comfort with industry-specific testing equipment.
- Knowledge of testing equipment maintenance.
- Understanding of product quality and compliance with health and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
