About The Position

As a Test Technician IV, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including ATP/ESS testing, trouble shooting to the component level, creating quality notifications. Our role is crucial in maintaining the flow of work and ensuring high-quality output. This is for 1st Shift: Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm

Requirements

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Ability to read and interpret technical data.
Prior experience with component level troubleshooting
Working computer skills and knowledge of office software applications

Responsibilities

Follow and offer suggestions for improvement to Health and Safety guidelines ensuring safe work environment
Testing a variety of electronic units using prescribed test procedures
Setting up and operating various test stands
Configuring, Calibrating and Maintaining test equipment
Interpreting and recording test results
Recognizing and isolating test equipment failures
Using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electronic units to the sub-assembly and component level
Reading and interpreting technical data such as component maintenance manuals, engineering prints, and schematics
Effectively communicate work status to team members and support staff (e.g. shift pass down, engineering, maintenance)
Work alone and as a member of a team to ensure production and quality goals are met
Participate in formal and informal continuous improvement efforts and projects
