The Test Technician II is primarily responsible for the testing/assembling of Small Unmanned Arial System products in our manufacturing facility, following released engineering drawings and assembly instructions using our work order system. This role involves mechanical assembly of subassemblies and final assembly of ground control equipment and air vehicles, as well as testing and troubleshooting of these components. The technician will work with other Production Technicians and Engineering to correct and improve documentation, ensure work order protocols are followed, and may train other technicians. They may also conduct in-process quality checks and collaborate with manufacturing engineers to improve assembly efficiency, product quality, and reduce manufacturing costs. The role requires following established procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and working with engineering on new product development efforts. Assignments are semi-routine, requiring instruction on new tasks. The position is for the second shift, with hours from 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM.
