About The Position

The Test Technician conducts tests on electronic and mechanical systems to ensure high-quality standards are met. The successful candidate works independently using established test criteria and collaborates with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, document test procedures, and maintain test equipment. This is an onsite, second-shift position. Training takes place on first shift for 6–8 weeks.

Requirements

High school diploma or an AA/AS degree (or other two-year post-high-school training) and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in a testing environment.
Experience with testing equipment and software.
U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

Experience producing presentations of status, issues, and actions.
Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Experience troubleshooting electronic systems and equipment at the component level using schematics, test equipment, and technical procedures.
