This is a first shift position working a 4/10 Monday through Thursday We are seeking a strong Technician iV with expertise in setting up and conducting testing of production and field return assemblies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years work experience in a test enviornment
  • Current Secret Clearance
  • Ability to obtain Special Background Investigation clearance
  • Experience with test equipment (signal generators, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers) and skilled in troubleshooting and diagnoses module deficiencies
  • Ability to follow test specifications, test procedures and verbal instructions in order to perform a variety of routine, standard tests which require reading, interpreting and verifying specifications using simple test stand setups
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings diagrams, hardware specifications, schematics, or written work instructions
  • Working knowledge of electronic theory and components.
  • Must be able to lift 20-30lbs

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years work experience in a test environment
  • Experience in RF testing

Responsibilities

  • Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
  • Performs troubleshooting of sub-assemblies to component level, diagnoses deficiencies in equipment and recommends rework where necessary.
  • Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed.
  • Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
  • May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
  • Will be required to have basic debug skills.
