The Test Tank Operator is responsible for operating and controlling pressurized systems and testing the functionality of all field equipment. This role involves safely rigging equipment into and out of test stands, inspecting equipment for deficiencies, and communicating findings to maintenance personnel. The operator will support maintenance staff in troubleshooting and correcting defects, adhere to predetermined inspection and testing criteria, and document test results using designated business systems. Additional duties include performing pre-trip/DOT inspections to ensure equipment readiness, conducting preventative maintenance on the test stand facility, and maintaining good housekeeping. The position requires professionalism, integrity, a strong commitment to company values, and a thorough understanding of safety policies and operational standards. Proficiency in operating company field equipment, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and company-specific business systems, and an understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems are essential. The operator must be self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team, and able to operate forklifts, manlifts, and CMVs. Strong English language comprehension for safety and operational directions is also required.
