About The Position
MAG Aerospace has an opportunity for a Test Support Technician in the Aviation Security Technology Industry. The Test Support Technician supports developmental test and evaluation tasks, including test set-up, execution, and data collection at the TSA System Integration Facility in Arlington Virginia. Supported activities include observation of corrective & preventive maintenance; installations, removals, and relocations; upgrades; and deliveries. This Role Does Not Support Remote Work
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA suitability clearance.
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Prior experience as a DHS/TSA Transportation Security Officer
- 4 - 6 years experience as a DHS/TSO Transportation Security Officer
- HS diploma/GED AA/AS or 2-year Technical School Certificate in Information Technology
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate system logs of all activity
- Observing Site Acceptance Tests, System Installations, Movement & Decommissioning
- Escorting visitors and vendors
