About The Position

FEDITC is seeking a Test Site Liaison, Level 3, to work in Aberdeen, MD. A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Requirements

  • A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required.
  • Minimum 15 years specialized experience in working with/on tracked or wheeled combat vehicles in military or civilian capacity, working directly with PM offices, and working onsite at military installations
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university
  • Active Secret clearance is required.
  • Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
  • Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).

Responsibilities

  • Attend, plan, organize, and prepare briefing materials and prepare and disseminate meeting minutes, analysis reports, and documentation for test and evaluation IPT meetings.
  • Provide test execution planning to include monitoring of location and status of test assets and equipment, repair parts, test support equipment condition/ readiness, and Government furnished material, resources, and supplies for all programs.
  • Report on vehicle testing, provide daily written reports, attend and report on test related meetings, and attend administrative activities such as scheduling and site preparation at the test site location.
  • Communicate test results between PM locations and contractors and Government agencies at APG (MD), and YPG (AZ).
  • Track progress of all test site incident reports and report issues that could delay fielding dates.
  • Review all test incidents and determine the impact of proposed corrective actions on vehicles and their test programs.
  • Attend management/technical meetings with Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), Army Research Labs (ARL), and other APG/YPG organizations.
  • Must communicate via phone, email, and Microsoft TEAMS.
