About The Position

Cowboy is seeking a passionate and independent individual to serve as a Test Ride Ambassador in Amsterdam. This role involves hosting 1:1 test ride appointments, introducing potential customers to Cowboy's connected e-bikes, and guiding them through a test ride experience. The ambassador will answer questions about the product, create a positive brand experience, and follow up with customers to support their purchase journey. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing e-mobility brand focused on clean design, smooth rides, and smart features for city life.

Requirements

Lives in or near Amsterdam and knows the city well.
Loves cycling.
Can represent Cowboy with energy and professionalism.
Comfortable speaking with strangers and guiding them through a product experience.
Reliable, organized, and responsive.
Fluent in French and English.
Dutch language skills are a plus.

Sales or customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, events, field sales).
Dutch language skills.

Responsibilities

Host free test ride appointments booked via the website.
Meet prospects at agreed points in Amsterdam and introduce the bike.
Guide prospects through a short test ride.
Answer questions confidently about setup, features, range, theft protection, app, financing, delivery, etc.
Create a warm, 'wow' experience for customers.
Follow up after the ride via message, email, or call to support the customer toward purchase.
Keep schedule and availability updated.
Report outcomes of test rides.
