About The Position

ACDI is looking for a Test Operator at their Frederick, MD location. Test Operators will test electronic products and systems for electrical function and reliability in order to verify that the devices meet our customers’ specifications.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and computer literate.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and work from rough schematics, assembly drawings, and verbal instructions.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of and experience working to IPC-610 standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test electronic components
• Document test results in compliance with operating procedures
• Use small hand tools (including but not limited to; screw driver, tweezers, pliers, etc.) to complete box builds, cable/wire assembles and PCB assemblies
• Perform Go/No Go testing on PCB’s using test fixtures and other test equipment
• Utilize work instructions to complete task and log results.
• Knowledge of customer change notice (CCN) documents and their applications
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
