Requirements
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow electronic work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing, production, electronics, testing, or quality experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing on electronic products and components using testing equipment and established procedures
- Verify products meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Identify, document, and report product defects or test failures
- Follow work instructions, testing procedures, and safety guidelines
- Accurately record test results and production data
- Communicate quality concerns to supervisors as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
