About The Position

Radiance Technologies is seeking a mission-focused Test Operator/Analyst to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to an Army Product Manager Office. The role supports developmental and operational testing of Army systems across the test lifecycle, including planning, readiness reviews, execution, data collection and analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The Test Operator/Analyst applies operational experience and test expertise to assess system performance, identify issues, document results, and inform product-management decisions. The position coordinates with external stakeholders to define test requirements and develop executable test strategies for Army Programs of Record. The candidate must be able to operate in field, range, laboratory, and office environments; communicate with technical and operational personnel; and turn test observations and data into concise, actionable findings. The anticipated compensation is $145,000–$160,000 for a full-time schedule, with compensation varying according to job-related skills, experience, and education. No telework option is available. Travel to Government facilities, test ranges, and field locations is required as mission needs dictate, and some work may occur outside normal business hours to support test schedules, range availability, or operational events.
