About The Position

HII – Mission Technologies is hiring a Test Manager Subject Matter Expert to support a highly classified position at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and experience in a SAP or SCI environment. The Test Manager develops and implements program test strategies aligned with the portfolio test strategy, manages program test activities, and provides test engineering expertise and recommendations to program leadership. The position also supports executive-level program reviews and cultivates working relationships among program offices, government organizations, contractors, and higher headquarters.

Requirements

Twenty years of relevant work experience with the DoD, other government agencies, or DoD contractors.
MS/MA or higher in a STEM discipline; alternatively, a BS/BA in a STEM discipline and an MS/MA or higher or equivalent professional degree in any discipline.
At least three years of experience in an SAP environment within the last five years.
Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Generate and implement test strategies for programs aligned with the portfolio test strategy.
Manage and execute program test activities, including planning, execution, and reporting of test projects on behalf of the program office.
Update and manage program office test documentation, including test plans, priorities, schedules, memorandums, and reports.
Assist with coordinating test planning working groups, logistical requirements, program office delegations, technical interchanges, and day-to-day interactions with supporting test, intelligence, and technology organizations.
Identify and document test infrastructure requirements on behalf of the chief of test.
Recommend test infrastructure to the chief of test to ensure optimal resources are available for program test and evaluation.
Apply systems engineering, test engineering, and test operations expertise to program challenges, and advise project leads and engineers on test engineering matters.
Apply digital transformation and model-based systems engineering principles to verification and validation activities.
Support the program director at executive levels within government and contractor organizations, including major program reviews, inspections, conferences, program evaluations, and milestone events.
Manage interactions and cultivate relationships among the program office, supporting government offices, other contractors, and mid- to upper-level higher-headquarters staff.
