Join us and help shape the future of home improvement. We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and own the end-to-end testing strategy across our SAP landscape. In this role, you will take responsibility for managing the full testing lifecycle, partnering closely with the SAP Chapter and Engineering Leads to ensure robust, high-quality delivery across all programmes. You will drive and coordinate SAP testing activities across our banners, ensuring consistency, governance, and best practice are applied throughout.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end test strategy, including scope, test types, data, environments, and tooling.
• Manage test environments, including booking, governance, and cost allocation to programmes.
• Plan and resource testing demand, balancing internal teams and external partners in line with strategy.
• Ensure delivery of all test artefacts and reporting in line with defined Test Management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement across Quality Engineering, including identifying future skills and tooling needs.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting capability growth across the testing function.
