About The Position
We are seeking a Technical Testing Manager to lead end-to-end testing efforts across complex programs, working closely with business, technology, and QA teams in a matrixed environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Technical Testing Manager (or similar) experience, including matrix leadership
- 5+ years in requirements, scope, and quality/test management
- Hands-on experience with test and automation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, TestComplete)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and automation
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall projects
- Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Manage testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across multiple projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and quality
- Oversee test execution, track progress, and escalate risks as needed
- Lead QA best practices, including automation and continuous improvement
- Support delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments
