We are currently searching for a Test Lead -Performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience specifically in performance testing.
• Deep expertise in OpenText LoadRunner and LoadRunner Cloud (LRC).
• Proven experience leading meetings with stakeholders regarding performance improvements.
• Strong technical background in Microsoft Azure environments.
• Expertise in End-to-End Performance Testing methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of the architectural workings of Power BI based applications.
• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance testing lifecycles for complex enterprise applications.
• Bridge communication between onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment and delivery timelines.
• Conduct client-side performance analysis using browser-based tools and AppInsights.
• Present NFR results and performance risks to business stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Manage task alignment and coordination of testing activities across global teams.
