Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment.
  • 7+ years of experience in QA or related technical fields (App Dev, BA, or Infrastructure).
  • Strong proficiency with SQL Server and writing database queries for back-end testing.
  • Deep familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities to identify complex edge cases.

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience in the professional services industry.
  • Proven track record in a global role or managing QA for large-scale projects.
  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the QA process by ensuring the quality of software products through rigorous manual testing methods.
  • Review software requirements and specifications to identify potential flaws and prepare detailed test scenarios.
  • Execute usability tests and analyze results to identify errors, bugs, or UX inconsistencies.
  • Design comprehensive test case scenarios and prepare reports on testing effectiveness for stakeholders.
  • Interact directly with clients and report findings to the design and development teams to facilitate resolutions.
  • Apply SQL expertise to validate data integrity by writing and executing complex database queries.
