Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Lead with a strong focus on Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for creating and executing automated regression scripts.
• Expertise in Jira and qTest for defect tracking and test documentation.
• Solid background in end-to-end regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience in Learning Systems or complex vendor-based platforms is highly valued.
• Ability to provide BSA support, including requirement clarification and validation.
• High ownership and proactive communication skills to raise risks early.
• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end regression testing for vendor releases, enhancements, and configuration changes across learning platforms.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in close partnership with business stakeholders.
• Maintain, update, and execute automated test scripts specifically using Playwright.
• Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage as platform capabilities evolve and analyze automation runs.
• Communicate and track defects with vendors to ensure quick resolution and validate fixes across sandbox and production environments.
• Document comprehensive test results, including defects and evidence, using Jira and qTest.
• Provide secondary BSA support, including reviewing requirements and translating business needs into testable acceptance criteria.
• Partner with the Technical Lead to identify test scenarios, potential risks, and edge cases early in the cycle.
• Assist with basic ticket triage and coordinate vendor follow-ups as needed.
