#20403 - Test Automation Lead
About The Position
We are seeking a Test Automation Lead to join our growing U.S.-based team in New York, NY. This role involves defining and driving enterprise-wide automation strategy aligned to Agile/DevOps delivery models, designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and data validation, and architecting automation solutions for microservices-based and event-driven architectures. The position also focuses on enabling shift-left testing, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, leading the adoption of AI/GenAI-driven automation, establishing best practices, defining test data management strategies, driving the use of stubs and mocks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The lead will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance, and evaluate/recommend tools and technologies.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise-wide automation strategy aligned to Agile/DevOps delivery models
- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and data validation
- Architect automation solutions for microservices-based and event-driven architectures
- Enable shift-left testing through service-level, contract, and integration testing approaches
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster feedback cycles
- Lead adoption of AI/GenAI-driven automation (e.g., test generation, intelligent execution, RCA)
- Establish best practices for test design, code quality, reusability, and maintainability
- Define and implement test data management and data validation strategies
- Drive use of stubs, mocks, and service virtualization to enable parallel development and testing
- Collaborate with architecture, development, and product teams to ensure testability and quality by design
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance across automation teams
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance QE capabilities
