About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead with a strong background in Automation and Functional testing. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience and a proven track record in QA Automation and Functional testing roles. This position requires expertise in Automation tools like Selenium or Playwright, API testing, and experience with Salesforce applications. Familiarity with Mulesoft and Azure Cloud is considered a plus. The role involves functional validation and testing, and requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, and hands-on experience with Agile/JIRA. The candidate must be self-driven, capable of working independently, and willing to adhere to a 12 noon to 10 pm IST work schedule.

Requirements

• 6+ years in QA Automation + Functional testing
• Automation (Selenium/ Playwright)
• API - Experience testing applications in Salesforce
• Strong in Agile principles and methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Agile / JIRA
• Very good communication skills
• Self-driven and able to work independently
