About The Position

Lynx Dx is a fast-growing molecular diagnostics startup transforming prostate cancer detection through cutting-edge biomarker-based testing. Our flagship product, MyProstateScore 2.0 (MPS2), is poised to redefine non-invasive prostate cancer screening nationwide. We’re hiring an entry level Test Kit Assembler to work onsite in Ann Arbor, MI starting 4/20/26.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Company's Kit Building team member and provide services that are customary for such a position in the Company’s industry.
Assemble MPS and U of M test kits daily to ensure client orders are fulfilled and the Company’s test sites are fully stocked with kits.
Ensure all kit orders in Zoho CRM include a requisition form and return shipping label. Scan the kit and return label into the system, create and scan the outgoing shipping label, and designate the order as ready to ship.
Ensure that the kit room work is compliant with all Standard Operating Procedures and sufficiently sanitary.
Communicate effectively with team members and Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work area.
Perform other duties as directed.
