About The Position

This position is for a Patriot GEMT / Ground Capital Test Execution Lead responsible for leading the execution, deployment, sustainment, and modernization of approximately $100M in critical factory test capital supporting Patriot production. The position reports into Test Solutions within the Hardware Engineering Discipline in Raytheon Engineering. This role provides strategic and tactical leadership across engineering, programs, operations, and factories to ensure production‑ready test capability keeps pace with accelerating Patriot build rates. The Patriot franchise is undergoing rapid production acceleration, requiring coordinated planning, capital deployment, and test readiness aligned with factory throughput goals. The GEMT / Ground Capital Test Execution Lead ensures that test systems remain qualified, capable, and available to support rate increases (e.g., path to 50 and 100 systems per year). The position focuses on test system execution and delivery, partnering with program leadership, engineering teams, factory stakeholders, and operations to ensure timely deployment, modernization, and sustainment of the test architecture. This role is critical to preventing bottlenecks, maintaining test readiness, and ensuring uninterrupted product flow across multiple domestic and international Patriot contracts. This role supports both legacy GEMT test systems and emerging next‑generation platforms, ensuring that mature equipment remains reliable while new test capabilities are developed, qualified, and deployed into production.
