Requirements

  • Graduating in the Spring of 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
  • Willing to learn production test solutions for mixed-signal ICs using automated test equipment (ATE) such as Teradyne ETS-364.
  • Understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity.
  • Eager to learn PCB design using tools like Cadence Allegro; experience in similar tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in programming with C/C++ or VB for test system applications.
  • Knowledge of design-for-test and manufacturability principles with the ability to collaborate effectively with design and product teams.
  • Hands-on experience with bench electrical measurements using signal generators, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).

Responsibilities

  • Develop wafer probe, final test production, and product characterization test solutions for digital power management products.
  • Define test requirements, create test plans, and develop test methods.
  • Work with design and development engineers to incorporate design-for-test (DFT) features into products to optimize quality and cost of testing.
  • Design and develop test hardware using Cadence Allegro tools with pre-existing PCB templates and component libraries.
  • Create, debug, validate, and release test programs integrated with test equipment and hardware following corporate standards.
  • Improve the quality and reduce the cost of test solutions through test method improvements and platform transfers.
