About The Position
The Test Engineer develops multi-module test cases and sets up test environments, prepares test evidence, and validates system functionality. The role includes analyzing client inputs, documenting technical requirements, designing test cases for functional requirements, setting up test data and environments with client stakeholders, and executing functional and regression testing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill: Automotive Infotainment Testing.
Responsibilities
- Create technical requirement documents based on inputs received from clients through discussions and demos.
- Create test cases based on functional requirements and ensure test coverage across multiple modules.
- Create data validation scenarios and set up the test environment in collaboration with client stakeholders.
- Execute functional and regression testing to identify defects and document test case results.
- Prepare test evidence and test review documents.
- Log defects and update their status in the test management tool.
