The Space Force Integration Engineer position, a member of the Development Integration Test (DIT) Team, requires an active Secret clearance and experience with system integration and verification, preferably including ground-system testing. Candidates should have software integration experience, the ability to analyze and break down requirements, and experience developing test plans and test procedure documents. Utilizing your expert knowledge and understanding of test engineering concepts and principles, you’ll prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures throughout the engineering development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Experience with system integration and verification

  • Proficient knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, system processes and scripting languages

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ground-system testing
  • Minimum of 7+ years of software integration expertise preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years working with satellite operations and ground operations systems preferred
