About The Position

We are seeking motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Test Engineers to support our growing team. The successful candidates will be part of a highly skilled team delivering mission-critical software capabilities and engineering solutions to solve complex customer needs. This role requires a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance, and candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Requirements

Seven (7) years experience as a Test Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Four (4) years of additional TE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Programming background in C/C++ and Python.
Experience with Git, GitLab, and Jenkins.
Knowledge of embedded systems architectures and test experience using embedded systems.

Responsibilities

Develop test plans and procedures for software testing, including integration/execution, detailed data analysis, and preparation of software test reports.
Experience working in an Agile environment, Agile Development/Agile Process Experience.
Demonstrated experience developing or specifying standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
Demonstrated experience regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members.
Demonstrated experience using automated testing tools.
