Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
1-2 years of experience in manufacturing test environments.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of circuit design, schematic review, and electrical fundamentals.
Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
Experience with design tools (AutoCAD, OrCAD, etc.).
Knowledge of data/reporting tools (SQL preferred).
Experience working with customers and delivering presentations.

Nice To Haves

Experience with C, Visual Basic, and LabVIEW preferred.
Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex test processes for board-level, sub-assembly, and final assembly production.
Define test plans, select platforms, perform DFT analysis, and assess capacity.
Analyze key metrics and troubleshoot issues with yield, WIP, and downtime.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement in quality, yield, and efficiency using Lean/Six Sigma.
Maintain documentation for test processes and equipment.
Create test specifications, drawings, and qualification documents.
Act as a technical liaison with customers on test design and performance.
Support testing methods including ICT, FVT, ESS, and system-level testing.
Follow all safety and EHS standards.
