About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Test Engineer to join their team and support their client in the Ft. Meade, MD area. This role involves developing and implementing test scripts and automated testing functionality for tools, capabilities, system features, and components. The Test Engineer will also implement and configure test environments, provision computers with required software, and establish test threads through network infrastructure, while supporting test automation requirements and objectives.

Requirements

• BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering & 4 years of test engineering experience
• 8 years of test related experience in lieu of degree
• Experience with Python, or other scripting language
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (automation)
• Experience with installation, configuration, and utilizing personal security products, host and network-based firewalls and/or intrusion detection systems
• Experience implementing modifications to a test infrastructure, framework, or relevant components
• DoD 8140 compliance (e.g. Security+, CISSP, CASP, etc.) or ability to obtain within 6 months of start
• Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance

Nice To Haves

• Capable of creating test environments utilizing VMWare or other open-source virtualization tools
• Experience building a total end-to-end test infrastructure, from source to destination, using resources contained in a single lab or shared among multiple labs
