The Test Engineer will establish test procedures and coordinate testing of products under development or in production. This role involves establishing test procedures, coordinating testing, gathering and studying materials information, drafting testing proposals and procedures, testing new products, developing systems for digital data gathering during testing, studying and evaluating test data, identifying product problems and recommending solutions, continuing testing until specifications are met, drafting technical reports, recommending modifications, developing ongoing quality control testing procedures, and finding innovative methods to save time and money while maintaining quality effectiveness. The role also includes team leadership responsibilities such as maintaining a positive work environment, supporting company culture, fostering a healthy and safe work environment, strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers, communicating effectively with business partners, and ensuring efficient inventory management and merchandise allocation.
