About The Position
SAIC is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Engineer to join their team and begin an exciting and challenging career. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and is contingent upon obtaining a Public Trust clearance.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience with Visual Studio
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with GIT
Responsibilities
- Serve as an active member of the software development team participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Develop test cases and test plans to validate system functionality.
- Develop, maintain and execute automation tests.
- Perform functional testing and ad-hoc testing.
- Perform regression testing.
- Perform 508 testing using JAWS.
- Provide testing support, as needed, to development team and clients, including support of UAT.
- Apply and promote good software engineering practices such as test automation, modularization, and simplification.
- Collaborate with colleagues on various solutions and problems.
- Use Integrated Development Environment (IDE) tools to include Visual Studio, Azure DevOps and GIT.
