Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of electronics and design.
  • Strong understanding of basic Engineering Computer Software.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of test equipment and how to operate.
  • Computer programming skills.
  • 5 years or equivalent combination of Education & Experience.
  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering/related field or equivalent combination of Education & Experience - Required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with commercial PCB ATE operation and programming is a plus.
  • Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering - Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design, fabricate, and program Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
  • Develop, evaluate, and recommend state-of-the-art and cost-effective test methods and equipment.
  • Evaluate new product designs to improve Design for Test (DFT)
  • Develop specifications for manufacturing processes in conjunction with Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Generate test procedures.
  • Curate time and cost estimates for tester development.
  • Train Technicians on tester operation and troubleshooting.
  • Provide Testing support.
  • Assist in the design and development of manual test fixtures.
  • Perform all other job responsibilities as assigned.

Benefits

  • The posted pay range, $94,800 - $126,400, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors
