About The Position

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a Test Engineer III to support the HPC Integration & Test IV effort. The role plans, develops, executes, and automates testing for software applications, middleware, and infrastructure deployed in High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments. The Test Engineer validates system requirements and helps ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, security, and operational readiness of mission HPC systems.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus eight years of experience as a Test Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity; alternatively, four additional years of Test Engineer experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience using Linux CLI and Linux tools.
• Proficiency with Bash/Python scripting for task automation.
• Strong understanding of Linux system administration fundamentals.
• At least three years of software testing, quality assurance, or validation experience in Linux environments.
• Experience developing and executing test plans for HPC systems.
• Experience integrating and testing REST APIs related to HPC systems.
• Demonstrated experience in defect tracking and resolution processes.
• Experience with software testing methodologies and test lifecycle management.
• Experience developing automated test solutions and validation frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools, including GitLab CI.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Podman.
• Experience with Git source control system.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence).
• Familiarity with Splunk for searching, monitoring, and analyzing machine-generated data.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code principles and automation tools, including Ansible.
