This role offers hands-on experience working with engineering and equipment teams while gaining exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, analog circuit design, and product development in a high-volume semiconductor environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related field.
  • Interest in semiconductors, electronics, and hardware development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hands-on engineering environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with equipment technicians to set up and qualify wafer sort equipment for new wafer products.
  • Assist with wafer sort process development, troubleshooting, and equipment readiness activities.
  • Participate in schematic reviews and support component selection based on design and performance requirements.
  • Support evaluation and verification of analog circuitry through simulation and testing.
  • Analyze engineering data and document findings, test results, and recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing engineering projects and process improvements.
  • Present project outcomes and technical learnings at the conclusion of the internship.
