Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
0–3 years of experience in hardware testing, validation, or manufacturing support.
Basic server architecture knowledge.
Linux commands (dmesg, journalctl, lspci, dmidecode).
BIOS configuration and firmware flashing.
BMC/IPMI fundamentals.
Basic networking concepts.
Python scripting fundamentals.
Basic SQL/MySQL queries.

Responsibilities

Execute functional, stress, thermal, burn-in, and reliability tests on server and rack platforms.
Validate CPU, memory, storage, networking, and GPU subsystems.
Verify BIOS, BMC, and firmware functionality.
Perform server bring-up and manufacturing qualification testing.
Generate test process instructions (TPI) and conduct production operator training.
Troubleshoot hardware failures and test station issues.
Collect BIOS logs, BMC logs, SEL logs, and Linux diagnostic information.
Analyze system boot failures and hardware detection issues.
Assist in reproducing customer and manufacturing failures.
Gather failure evidence and diagnostic data.
Assist senior engineers in RCA investigations.
Document findings and corrective action recommendations.
Maintain failure tracking records.
