Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in hardware testing, validation, or manufacturing support.
• Basic server architecture knowledge.
• Linux commands (dmesg, journalctl, lspci, dmidecode).
• BIOS configuration and firmware flashing.
• BMC/IPMI fundamentals.
• Basic networking concepts.
• Python scripting fundamentals.
• Basic SQL/MySQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, stress, thermal, burn-in, and reliability tests on server and rack platforms.
• Validate CPU, memory, storage, networking, and GPU subsystems.
• Verify BIOS, BMC, and firmware functionality.
• Perform server bring-up and manufacturing qualification testing.
• Generate test process instructions (TPI) and train production operators.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures and test station issues.
• Collect BIOS logs, BMC logs, SEL logs, and Linux diagnostic information.
• Analyze system boot failures and hardware detection issues.
• Assist in reproducing customer and manufacturing failures.
• Gather failure evidence and diagnostic data.
• Assist senior engineers in RCA investigations.
• Document findings and corrective action recommendations.
• Maintain failure tracking records.
