Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Appium and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud-based device testing platforms eg BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Perfecto
  • Familiarity with version control systems eg Git and CICD tools.
  • Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
  • Experience with test management tools like TestRail, JIRA, Qtest or Zephyr.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • 4 years of work experience, quality engineering experience
  • HS Diploma / GED

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to performance, API automation and security testing for mobile and web apps.
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for mobile apps using Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
  • Design and execute web automation test cases using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Execute tests on cloud-based device platforms such as Perfecto, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or AWS Device Farm.
  • Implement BDD-style test cases using frameworks like Cucumber.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Perform regression, functional, and compatibility testing across multiple devices and browsers.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide detailed reports.
  • Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing strategies.
