About The Position

We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff. Skilled Labor Starting Rates $24.92 + Sign on bonus Production Starting Rates $21.20 Increase every 3 months with top out in 12 Benefits Day 1 ~ 9% 401k Contribution ~ Technical Incentive ~ Paid Holidays ~ Paid Vacation 1st sift 7:00am – 3:30pm 2nd shift 3:30pm-10:30pm -work 35 hr > get paid for 40 hr PLUS 5% shift premium. 3rd shift 10:30pm-7:00am - 10% shift premium

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Typically reports to a supervisor/manager.
Requires the ability to read and write and follow work orders and specific instructions
High School Diploma / GED Required

Responsibilities

Operates equipment and performs tasks to complete windings and winding components in electrical motors.
Properly prepares cores to receive wiring
Properly installs all individual parts including wires, slot winders, coil seperators and topsticks
Installs phase sheets or felts, thermocouples or RTD, rtps and taps
Ensures proper material, assembly techniques and tolerances are being met
Makes general decisions as to quality of products and adjustments
Exercises good housekeeping in work area
Observes good safety practices
Performs other job duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader
