As a Mechanical Test & Evaluation Engineer – LabVIEW, you will play a key role in validating and advancing next-generation valve and actuator technologies used globally. This is a hands-on, high-visibility opportunity to design sophisticated test systems, influence product development decisions, and directly impact how our innovations reach customers worldwide. You’ll work in a world-class laboratory environment, partnering closely with global engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Design, develop, and maintain automated test applications in LabVIEW for performance, endurance, and environmental testing of process control equipment Build and integrate custom test systems using National Instruments (NI) hardware and electromechanical components Develop and execute comprehensive test plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers Analyze experimental results and prepare clear, data-driven engineering reports and recommendations Provide technical input during design reviews to help shape new product concepts Establish and maintain standards for software quality, documentation, modular design, and code reuse Mentor and support other engineers while promoting best practices and continuous learning Drive efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory Collaborate across Simulation, Design, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and Procurement teams Who You Are: You are a technically curious engineer who enjoys solving complex, real-world problems.
