We are Urgently Hiring Experienced Test and Balance Technicians in the Tampa Bay Area! ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience - specifically test and balance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• NEBB certification required
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Must be able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and understanding of the tools and techniques used to maintain, diagnose problems, and repair HVAC/R and associated electrical systems
• Study system blueprints, specifications, and performance data to determine the proper configuration and purpose of the system’s components, such as motors, pumps, fans, switches, ducts, or pipes.
• Adjust the system’s controls to settings recommended by the vendor, conduct measurement tests, and discuss system malfunctions with system users to isolate problems
• Conduct HVAC test and balance procedures in either new construction and/or remodel-type projects.
• Collect and tabulate system test data, make field observations and coordinate closely with other construction trades such as electrical, mechanical, temperature control, and design teams.
• Job takes offs and job setup, tracking of all instruments for recalibration requirements yearly
