About The Position

Quality Assurance (QA)/Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for Learning Systems. This role involves executing end-to-end regression testing for vendor releases, enhancements, and configuration changes across learning platforms. It also includes leading and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in partnership with business stakeholders. A key aspect of the role is maintaining, updating, and executing automated test scripts, as well as communicating and tracking defects found during testing with vendors for timely resolution. The position requires validating fixes and enhancements across various environments (lower, sandbox, and production) and documenting test results, defects, screenshots, and evidence in Jira and qTest. Additionally, the role involves creating, updating, and maintaining automated regression scripts, executing and analyzing automation runs using TALOS/Playwright, and identifying opportunities to expand automation coverage as platform capabilities evolve. The role also provides light Business Systems Analyst (BSA) support, including reviewing and clarifying requirements, supporting requirement intake and validation, and helping translate business needs into testable acceptance criteria. The individual will partner with the Technical Lead to identify test scenarios, risks, and edge cases early, assist with basic ticket triage and validation, and coordinate with vendors on defect follow-ups as needed. Soft skills required include proactive communication, willingness to raise risks early, high ownership and accountability, adaptability as priorities shift, and curiosity with strong problem-solving ability.

Requirements
