About The Position

RiVidium is seeking a QA/Test Automation Analyst to support the planned MODES III team, which is dedicated to supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role is integral to IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations - Core Operations, aiming to deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. The analyst will support assigned PWS task areas, providing subject matter expertise, operational execution, and measurable performance reporting aligned with task objectives. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (5-8 yrs), Senior (10-12 yrs).
• Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role.
• For IT and cybersecurity workforce positions, applicable DoD 8140 training and certification requirements will apply upon award.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
• Hands-on experience with tools, platforms, or engineering practices relevant to the role.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud-native engineering, application delivery, automation, or reliability engineering, as applicable to the role.
• Familiarity with secure software delivery, testing, DevSecOps, or performance engineering practices.
• Experience supporting modernization efforts in regulated or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing activities that validate functionality, quality, and release readiness.
• Develop or maintain test cases, test evidence, defects, and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with developers and leads to identify issues and confirm resolutions.
• Contribute to quality reporting and continuous improvement of the testing function.
