About The Position
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for a Tesla Technician to join their team at Napleton’s Volkswagen of Sanford. This role is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance according to dealer and factory standards, aiming to build customer loyalty through effective vehicle diagnosis and trust. The company is a large, growing automotive group with significant opportunities for career advancement.
Requirements
- Telsa Technician experience
- ASE certification desirable
- Excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
Responsibilities
- Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
- Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
- Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
- Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
- Keeps abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
- Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
- Maintains an organized work area
