Requirements

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical work
• Willingness to respond to emergency calls when needed

Nice To Haves

• Construction, mitigation, or restoration experience preferred
• Leadership ability is a big plus
• IICRC WRT – Water Restoration Technician
• IICRC ASD – Applied Structural Drying
• IICRC AMRT – Applied Microbial Remediation
• IICRC FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration

Responsibilities

• Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation projects
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, and materials
• Tarp roofs and board up structures after storms or fires
• Document jobs using photos and mobile apps
• Communicate with customers during the restoration process
• Help train and mentor technicians on the team
