The TES Training Program Assistant will be responsible for planning and coordinating courses, conferences, events, and training programs. This includes working closely with designated contacts at various organizations to understand their needs, coordinate schedules and logistics, and ensure programs are successfully delivered. The role also involves managing program information, maintaining records and databases, assisting with budgets and financial tracking, and evaluating program outcomes. The individual will review participation, expenses, and revenue to determine whether programs are financially successful and whether training programs should be continued, modified, or discontinued based on their effectiveness and results. Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus.
